My family's experience at this hotel started off delightful, surrounded by beautiful grounds and a wonderful atmosphere. However, a concerning issue with bedbugs not only disrupted our stay but led to distressing aftermath back home. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, but the lack of immediate and appropriate response from management to our concerns has left us feeling disappointed. We certainly expected more from a place of this caliber, especially given the price we paid.

I recently spent a few lovely days at the Bath Priory and overall, I had a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious and charming with luxurious amenities, and I particularly appreciated the beautiful grounds surrounding the hotel. However, the dining experience was somewhat slowed down by delays between courses during dinner, which was a bit disappointing. Although the quality of the food was commendable, some aspects of the service could use improvement to match the hotel’s high reputation.
