My family's experience at this hotel started off delightful, surrounded by beautiful grounds and a wonderful atmosphere. However, a concerning issue with bedbugs not only disrupted our stay but led to distressing aftermath back home. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, but the lack of immediate and appropriate response from management to our concerns has left us feeling disappointed. We certainly expected more from a place of this caliber, especially given the price we paid.

I recently spent a few lovely days at the Bath Priory and overall, I had a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious and charming with luxurious amenities, and I particularly appreciated the beautiful grounds surrounding the hotel. However, the dining experience was somewhat slowed down by delays between courses during dinner, which was a bit disappointing. Although the quality of the food was commendable, some aspects of the service could use improvement to match the hotel's high reputation.

The room was large with a sumptuous bed and a lovely slipper bath, although we faced some noise issues from outside, which disturbed our sleep.
Service

While the staff were polite and helpful, the dining service was frustratingly slow, causing long waits.
Location
